Jindabyne Highland Cattle is located in the iconic Snowy Mountains region of NSW, Australia. Our cattle enjoy a quiet and relaxed life grazing open paddocks covered with lush pasture. We are passionate about our highland fold with a goal to breed true to type animals with quiet temperaments that are easy to handle. Breeders of registered purebred and fully imported bloodlines. We aim to produce the best quality beef through ethical and sustainable farming. Grass fed and hormone free.

We enjoy competing at cattle shows around the country, supporting local, state and national agricultural shows while promoting this wonderful bovine breed.
